Connect with our animals in a peaceful and playful yoga practice.

  • Join us on the farm for yoga

Located just east of Decatur, our Farm Flow goat yoga sessions are at our private homestead. We offer sessions for all ages, as well as 21 and up sessions where we serve wine and chocolates after our practice. Sessions typically include a 15 minute orientation, 45–50 minutes of gentle, all-levels yoga, and 30 minutes to hang out with the goat and take photos, snuggle, etc.

  • Host your own goat yoga at our farm

Is goat yoga on your friend group’s bucket list? Would you like to bring your staff here for a team-building event? You can host your very own private goat yoga session. Private sessions are $40 per person with a $400/10 person minimum, and you receive the same great hour and a half long immersive experiences as the public classes we host at the homestead.

  • Bring goat yoga to your next event

Yes! We can bring the goats to YOU for your party or event. Our goats have done birthday parties, corporate events, tenant appreciation events, city events, team building events, fundraisers, and campus events. We typically recommend keeping sessions to 30 people max, so for large events we offer back-to-backs. Participation is $40 per person, and our travel minimum starts at $500.

Our goat yoga was ranked as the #5 Team Building Activities in Atlanta.

Goat Yoga

Yoga is an 8,000 year old indigenous practice that helps us connect with our deepest, truest self and our higher power. The word itself means to “yoke,” or connect. Connection is at the heart of what we do – bringing people together for a fun, approachable and quite literally down-to-Earth practice, as well as facilitating connection with these wonderful critters.

Megan Kibby, resident yoga instructor, trauma informed coach, artist, lifelong Atlantan, goat mom, and owner of Red Wagon Goats completed her CYT200 at Kashi Ashram in Atlanta in 2014, and has been practicing yoga for over 20 years.

She seeks to create yoga sessions on the farm that are inclusive, accessible and an honor to the lineage. In addition to asana (yoga poses), you can expect to do meditation, breath work (pranayama), meditation, and grounding.

We welcome all walks of life, all ages, and all physical abilites to our classes.

TYPES OF GOAT YOGA SESSIONS

Family Friendly

Our most popular goat yoga format is our All-Ages/Family-Friendly yoga session. These sessions include a 15-minute orientation, 45 minutes of yoga that is primarily seated and accessible to kids and adults alike. We keep it fun and lighthearted, while still achieving some pretty serious grounding, relaxation, bonding and self care. After our yoga practice, we offer 30 minutes of open snuggles so participants can take photos, ask questions, and generally bask in the glory that is post-goat yoga bliss. This is one of the best weekend activities in Atlanta, so don’t miss it!

TYPES OF GOAT YOGA SESSIONS

Wine & Chocolates

Unwind in the best of ways. These juicy, slow-paced yoga sessions are some of the best self care Atlanta offers. Typically in the evening, these sessions offer a 10-minute orientation, 50 minutes of gentle, mostly seated yoga asana, aimed to help you release tension and get grounded. The goats offer their love and acceptance and you get the benefits of the resulting serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin.

After our yoga practice, we’ll hang out with the goats, sip wine and nibble chocolates. This class is only available to yogis 21 and up, so that we can provide a peaceful, adults-only atmosphere.

Why goat yoga?

For us, it evolved naturally. We weren’t the first to do “goat yoga” but we were the first in Atlanta, and as far as we know, the first in Georgia to offer goat yoga.

It all started as a weekend fundraiser for the kick off of our goat rentals business: Megan was already a yoga instructor long before a goat mom, so offering a yoga class in her Decatur backyard along side the goats seemed like a natural way to have fun and raise funds. Little did she know it would sell out and demand would continue for years to come.

Why goat yoga in general? Well, you may have to participate in order to really grasp the magic and to understand how this 8,000 year old practice pairs so well with the loving energy of baby goats and the serene energy of a wooded farmstead.

But the science is clear: benefits of yoga on mind, body, and soul are long-established, and newer research shows that time spent with goats can boost dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin levels, effectively reducing stress, depression and anxiety.

If you have health concerns, please talk to your doctor to establish whether or not yoga, especially yoga with goats is a good idea for your body.

Special classes

Follow along on our Eventbrite, Social Media, or sign up for emails to learn about special on-off Goat Yoga Classes. We do Halloween sessions with the goats in costumes, fundraisers and collaborations throughout the year!

Team Building

Did we mention that our Goat Yoga classes made the list of Atlanta’s Top 18 Corporate Team Building activities (number SEVEN, to be exact!) Bring the goats out to your location, or bring your team to our Stone Mountain/Decatur homestead, and we will get you and your team laughing and having the silliest fun you’ve had in a long time.

Campus & Schools

Our goats have received quite the education! They’ve done yoga and mindfulness workshops with Decatur High School, as well as several programs with private schools. We’ve done events, goat yoga, fundraisers and more with Emory University, Life University and KSU.

Looking to help your students unwind for midterms or finals, connect with nature or expand their mindfulness? Our goats are an email away.

Private Parties

Surprise your favorite goat lover (or treat yourself!) to goat yoga in your own backyard. Don’t want to do yoga? We do snuggle parties too!

Kids’ Parties

Got a little goat lover in your life? Does your kid want a play date with our ‘kids’?

Our goats are ready to bring their unique magic to your child’s next birthday party (with or without the yoga!)

In addition to goat petting zoos and kids’ yoga, we also offer clowns (not the scary kind) and face painting.
